Eating healthy doesn't always have to be boring...

As many of you already know, my greatest passion (besides from the fashion-part) is food. I love eating tasteful food, I mean who doesn't??

Anyhow, from now on I've decided to eat more healthy. No more fast carbohydrates and no more unnecessary and superfluous fat. I know what most of you must think by now- oh that's not gonna last because eating healthy is just untasteful and boring... By showing you my homecooked meal that I made for myself today, I'll try to convince you the opposite... So what's on the menu??
Fried chicken with vegetables cooked in the owen- Yummiee

This is what I started with...

First of all, I added all the vegetables (mushrooms, green and red pepper, tomatoes, onions) in an oblong pan. Then I spiced it with pepper, salt, red pesto and olive virgin oil with garlic and hot chili flavour...

After mixing it all together, I put the pan in the owen on 200*.

Then it was time to start with the chicken. I mixed it with lemon, barbecue spice, salt, pepper and olive virgin oil with garlic and hot chili flavour. Afterwards I fried it in a pan...

So what was the result of this?? Well, definitly a healthy and real delicious homecooked meal á la Natti... Bon appetit!

Finally got the outfit...

Am I the only one who almost gets late for work even though it starts at 3pm, because of not knowing what to wear. Well as you see, I finally got the outfit and I just hope it won't be cold outside now... Hmm don't know what to do now that I still have time left... xx

Sometimes I need the attention

As some of you know, I bought a warm and frizzy hat the other day. I really love it, I mean how can't I... However some of you (Majkel) wanted to see this hat, and this is a pic of me wearing it. So, this pic is for you...

YES I did wear it to uni, and of course people noticed me. But that's alright, I really feel like having some attention sometimes...

Ben & Jerry

Well, I just came to think about Ben & Jerry ice-cream. Ah it's amaaaazing. However when I lived in Lufbra there was one friend who wanted to surprise me with this amazingly delicious ice-cream (Half-baked cookie dough) but what he didn't know was that we have Ben & Jerry ice-cream in Sweden as well. Thanks Lord for that... Anyway, the reason why I write about this ice-cream now is because I feel like having it, but unfortunatly I don't have it in my freezer so I feel bad, and now I want to make you feel bad too :P I would kill to have Chocolate fudge brownie right now...

Uhm

Sometimes I'm really out of ideas. I'm sitting here at the end of the night and trying to figure out something intresting for you guys to read about, but I don't know what that something can be... Well, today has been a chillin-day for me. I'm still sitting in my pyjamas, and to be complete honest I've only been lying in the sofa all day and watching TV... Hopefully tomorrow will be a more intresting day, and I'll tell you about it in my next post...

Back in action

Hello there...

I know, it has definitly been a while since last time I wrote, anyhow I'll try to get better now since I've got my laptop back from the service center.

However, as you may have noticed, I now write my posts in english and the reason for that is because some of my friends from UK fancy to read my blog as well... This will be a good practise for me, and hopefully Michael won't be laughing at my english grammar too much...
